Booking information

Your contact details, selected service and time, and policy acceptance are sent to the secure booking platform when you continue to checkout.

Payment details are entered with the connected payment provider. This information is used to create and manage the appointment, send enabled updates, process the payment you authorize, and keep required business records.

Service providers

A managed platform provides hosting, security, analytics, booking, contact, and checkout services. A connected payment provider processes payment details; complete card details are not stored in browser recovery records.

Analytics reaches an external platform only when one is connected and your analytics consent allows it.

Essential site data

Managed hosting uses essential cookies and technical session tokens for security, session continuity, and booking access. They support the site’s core operation and do not subscribe you to marketing.

Saved booking progress

Service and add-on choices are saved in session storage so a refresh does not erase your visit. A random checkout-attempt ID and non-identifying appointment summary may also be saved so interrupted checkout can resume without duplicating a booking.

These records expire within two hours and are cleared after verified confirmation, expiration, or the end of the browser session. They do not contain names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

Performance and booking measurement

If you allow analytics cookies, the site may measure page speed and non-identifying booking steps. These steps include choosing a service, completing a step, starting checkout, or confirming a paid booking. A random ID may connect them for up to 30 days to help improve booking.

The custom booking and performance events this site sends do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, full page addresses, referral details, device strings, or free text. A random assignment may support accurate comparisons; it does not use personal characteristics or change prices or availability.

A pseudonymous request key may carry through checkout. It helps the server connect your visit to the booking flow with checkout progress and a confirmed paid booking. The server also records the checkout total and amount paid so improvements can be evaluated using completed bookings and booked value.

Your choices

Use the site’s cookie controls to accept or decline non-essential analytics. Browser settings can also clear cookies, local storage, and session storage.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable; appointment and transaction records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.
