Booking Policies
Effective Date: March 25, 2025
Deposits: A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason, a new deposit will be required to book again.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule once without losing your deposit if you do so at least 3 days before your appointment. The new appointment must be within two weeks of the original date (if available). If you reschedule within 3 days of your appointment or need to change it again, a new deposit will be required. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a new deposit will be required to book again. Two no-shows will result in restriction from booking future appointments.
Frequent Changes: If you reschedule or cancel more than three times in 60 days, it will result in restriction from booking future appointments.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. I allow a 15-minute grace period, but if you’re running later than that, we may need to reschedule, and a new deposit will be required.
Fixes: If your nails chip or break due to application issues within 5 days, I’ll fix them at no additional cost. Normal wear and tear are covered, but excessive damage isn’t included. Please let me know as soon as possible to arrange a follow-up.
Allergies: If you have any allergies or sensitivities to nail products, please let me know before your appointment. While I take care in selecting products, I cannot guarantee a reaction-free experience and am not responsible for allergic reactions. If you have concerns, it’s best to consult a doctor before booking.
Photos: I may take photos of your nails for promotional purposes on social media and my website. If you’d prefer not to, just let me know during your appointment—no worries at all!
Payment: All balances are due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash, card, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
Reminders: You’ll receive an email confirmation when you book and an SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please make sure your contact info is up-to-date.
Exceptions: I understand that life happens! Exceptions will be considered for emergencies or regular clients on a case-by-case basis.
